This appointment is for the Initial Estimate Only. Instrument Repair Services At The Tuneful Tech, we’re committed to restoring your instrument with care and precision. Our friendly, in-house repair process begins with a personalized consultation and estimate, ensuring you understand every step before we get started. Our Repair Process Zoom Consultation & Estimate: Your repair journey starts with an in-person appointment where one of our expert technicians will carefully examine your instrument. During this session, we identify any issues, discuss available repair options, and provide you with a clear, detailed estimate. This appointment is solely for assessing your instrument and answering any questions you might have. Shipping or delivery: Our Zoom estimate option offers flexibility: ship your instrument, have someone drop it off, or choose a convenient appointment time. After your session, book our "Shipment Incoming!!" service to send your tracking info and schedule your drop-off. Approval & Scheduling: For Zoom Consultations, we may make changes to the estimate once the instrument arrives in our shop. This way we can verify the quote as accurate or adjust it for things difficult to find virtually. Once you approve the estimate, your repair is added to our schedule. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, so you always know the status of your instrument. Turnaround Times During Slower Periods: Repairs typically take 1-2 weeks. During Busy Periods: Repairs may take 2-4 weeks. For instruments in excellent condition or with minor issues, some repairs might even be completed during the initial consultation. All repairs are completed based on the available tooling and supplies at the time of service. Repairs may be delayed due to ordering parts, tools, or supplies, especially for unique jobs. Returning customers are eligible for a 90-day adjustment after a recent repair, ensuring your instrument continues to perform at its best.
